You will choose your size and length of subscription then you will choose your proteins for the allotted meals (9-15-21) your subscription provides. Then your carbs and veggies will be chefs choice and seasonal. Since our food is very fresh and no preservatives are used you will order once a week and pick up twice a week so that your food will be served to you at optimal freshness.
