how it works

about our meals

  • meals will hold in the fridge for 3-4 days
  • we don’t recommend freezing your meals
  • we do recommend picking up your meals twice per week when you order 7 days of meals
  • microwave heating instructions*

    microwave on half power for 2 1/2 minutes, or on full power or 1 minute at a time until desired temparature is reached. heat sauces separately

  • oven heating instructions*

    heat in oven at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or to desired temperature. heat sauces separately in microwave. food containers are not oven-proof. place food in a oven safe container before heating. they are microwave safe.

*FDA/USDA recommends re-heating all food to a temperature of 165 degrees
